Early Beginnings
Bridge-It Housing was formally established and began operating from a small, single-room office on Manningham Lane in Bradford. Starting with just one house and a small team, the foundations were laid for future growth.
Our First Office
The business operated from its first location on Manningham Lane, where the potential for growth quickly became apparent.
Expansion into Wakefield
The second location was opened in Wakefield. While it was one of the most challenging areas to establish, it marked an important step in the company's expansion.
Kirklees Office Opens
Approximately one year after the Wakefield launch, Bridge-It Housing expanded further with the opening of its Kirklees office.
Growth in Shipley
The business opened an office in Shipley, operating from the location for around five years and continuing to strengthen its presence across the region.
Purchase of First Owned Premises
A major milestone was reached when the business purchased and moved into its own premises, a converted former pub. This represented a significant investment in the future of the organisation.
Expansion Across the North
Bridge-It Housing continued its growth into multiple locations, including:

Relocation to Bramley
Following the Covid-19 pandemic, the organisation relocated to Bramley, where it continues to grow and develop its services.
